If your purchase arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a refund. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items on sale
Kindly note that our return or exchange policy for items on sale extends only for the duration of the sale period. Once the sale period concludes, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for these discounted items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we have established Exchange Policy with Tag and Bag Requirements in a clean condition to ensure a smooth and hassle-free(For Only Domestic Orders) exchange process. Customers are entitled to exchange their purchased items within three (3) days from the date of receipt. The exchange period commences from the moment the customer receives the order.
Exchange Requirements:
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item being exchanged must be in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear, tear, damage, or alteration.
2. The original tag or label, including any attached price tags, must remain intact and not tampered with.
3. The item must be returned in the original packaging, including plastic bags, boxes, protective covers, or any other packaging material provided by Quwati.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
